I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported, without judgment or pressure to be anyone but themselves. My work as a counsellor is rooted in a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with their values, and move toward self-understanding and healing.
My approach is gentle and relaxed, and grounded in authenticity. I don’t believe in rigid frameworks or cold office dynamics. I prefer to meet you where you are, bringing curiosity, compassion, and flexibility into the therapeutic space. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, integrating person-centered, holistic, and strength-based modalities, to create a supportive environment that fits your unique needs.
With a background in Art and English, I also draw from creative expression tools for exploring emotion and meaning. Whether you’re working through stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD, emotional regulation, relationships, family trauma, or questions about purpose and identity, I’m here to hold space and walk alongside you.
A bit about myself: In my free time, I enjoy cuddling my cat, crafting and collecting miniatures. I am deeply drawn to water, and am happiest when floating under the sun.
