Welcome. I'm Isis (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Certified Perinatal Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a passion for supporting individuals and families through the complexities of the perinatal period - from fertility challenges and loss to pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum, and parenting challenges. I believe you deserve a therapist who understands this unique period in your life.

 I come to this practice as a parent with my own struggles and journey through parenting. As a recovering perfectionist, I have a special interest in working with other new parents who are trying to do the best they can for their children while navigating anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, disconnection and the relentless demands of the unachievable perfect parenting/mothering culture.

Coming from a background in neuroscience and art, I love finding ways to help my clients heal and grow through the integration of science, mind/body awareness and creative expression. My counselling is founded on empathy, respect, and authenticity. I offers a range of modalities, including Psychodynamic (talk therapy), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Art Therapy.
